Quote Statuses
There are the following quote statuses:
| Quote Status | Description |
| Draft | This status means that this is a draft quote. |
| Sent | The quote is sent to the client, and we are waiting for the client’s review. |
| Accepted | This status means that the client has accepted the quote. |
| Declined | This status means that the client has declined the quote. |
| Archived | This status is for quotes that we don’t need anymore, but want to keep for the history. |
You can change quote statuses manually on the view or edit quote screen. Or using bulk actions in the quote lists.
