For personal information processed within the Services on behalf of customers, retention is governed by the Data Processing Agreement. Following uninstallation or termination, Hello Clerk may continue to retain customer data on the basis of its legitimate interest in enabling customers to seamlessly reinstall and resume use of the Services in the future, without the time and cost of reconfiguration. Customers may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting legal@helloclerk.io.

When personal information is no longer required, we either delete it or anonymise it so that it can no longer be associated with you.
